Order Cancellation
If you decide to cancel your online order, please do so within 60 minutes of placing the order. Cancellations beyond this window may not be accepted, as the order might already be processed for delivery.
Product Return Upon Delivery
Before accepting the product from our delivery personnel, kindly check the following:
- Product quality
- Product price
- Product expiry date or validity
If you notice any issues with the product, please do not accept it and return it immediately to the delivery person.
Home Delivery Information
- We deliver to all areas within Dhaka city, regardless of weight.
- A delivery fee of 80 BDT applies to all orders.
- We aim to deliver your order on the same day it is placed.
- If that is not possible, we ensure delivery within the next 24 hours.
- Cash on Delivery is available for all products.
